Saved work and backups

Worksheets may save notes in this browser. Download a backup for anything important because browsers can clear their own data, and CommonCrew Labs cannot recover a local worksheet for you.

To remove a worksheet, clear BandBoosterKit's site data in your browser and delete any CSV, print, or backup files you saved. Because those copies are on your device, CommonCrew Labs cannot delete them for you.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare aggregate request analytics to understand which pages are reached. Worksheets also request a small file from this site when you first edit, load an example, start a CSV or backup download, import a valid backup, or open a print packet. These counts do not tell us who used a tool or whether a job was completed. These requests contain only the tool and action names, with no worksheet values, saved project names, backup contents, query strings, or referrer. They use no cookies or user identifiers. Our host still processes routine connection details to deliver and protect the site. We do not send worksheet contents to analytics.

What to keep out of the worksheets

Do not enter full private rosters, student balances, payment records, hardship notes, medical details, emergency contacts, room assignments, addresses, parent phone lists, card or bank data, tax IDs, credentials, or official records.

Privacy questions and email deletion requests

Email hello@commoncrewlabs.com with a privacy question or a deletion request for an email you sent us. Please do not include student records, payment details, medical information, or other private program data.
